This review was not written by the owner but by one of our editors who had more than enough good references from satisfied customers. The review at the time was pretty much accurate and that is the reason it will remain.

However, we believe in democracy and if complaints are valid we’ll happily consider publishing them, but only after verifying them for any vexatious nature.

We are always disappointed to hear of companies or services that we review get complaints however none are beyond reproach and its the purpose of Cantufind.com to offer a fair and unbiased standpoint on the issue. Perhaps the company in question will take the time to respond here, we’ll have to wait and see…

This is a TERRIBLE company and a misleading post although in fairness the reviewer could only go on what was made aware to them at the time. They have extremely poor customer service - just do a Google search for “sandals 4 less reviews” and you will see what I’m talking about. Unfortunately, I am one of their victims. After multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no responses. I want my money back, but what are the chances that’ll happen?

Really…I ordered shoes from this “great” website almost 2 months ago…I’ve called 12 times and left multiple voicemails, of course when the voicemail box is not full, which it is most of the time. No one EVER answers the phone. 3 emails have gone unanswered also. But would’nt you know they charged me $78.50 in no less than a week. This company are not as good as they portray. Check out other review sites…you’ll see.

This review was very likely written by the owner of the website. The website is ok to navigate. But there’s nothing behind the website. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one responds to emails and no one answers the phone. I special ordered sandals that were supposed to arrive in 8 weeks. 12 1/2 weeks later I still have no sandals and no update as to what’s going on. So it is TOTAL BS that they can handle overseas shipping. I finally had to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I will never order from this company again. It took over 7 weeks for us to get our order. We placed the order on 3/22/09. The sandals finally arrived on 5/15/09. I sent 10 emails and called daily (after waiting for the order for more than 2 weeks). If you call the company, you are only able to leave a voicemail. You are never able to talk with a live person. I never got a return email or phone call. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and they sent two letters to the company. I should have checked there first. The company has an F rating.

If I could return the sandals for a refund, I would. I hate for them to keep my money. However, I’m afraid that I would never get a refund.

Don’t waste your time or money ordering from them. Order from a professional or responsible company such as Birkenstock Express or Zappos
